Had an oil change and cabin filter changed at Casey's this most recent time. All went well, and they completed in a very short time. Nobody else touches my cars but Casey Automotive.

This is the first time I've ever given an automobile repair shop a 5-star review, and it's well deserved. My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Casey Automotive in Streamwood, IL, for several years. Over that time, they handled everything from routine oil changes, battery/tire replacements and wheel alignments to diagnostics and repair of more complex mechanical issues. Ole and his entire customer service and tech team have consistently provided outstanding service. They are professional, honest, knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain what needs to be done without any pressure. Their workmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction have earned our trust time and time again. If you are looking for an automotive repair shop you can truly rely on, I highly recommend Casey Automotive in Streamwood, IL. They earned my confidence and my business for years to come.

I knew my Elantra engine replacement was not going to be an easy job. Most shops avoid them. The quote was reasonable and the job was indeed challenging given the replacement engine also had issues. Casey’s guys stuck with it and got everything straightened out. It took a while but they provided a fine loaner for as long as it took. I’m very satisfied with their perseverance and expertise. Thank you. 🙂

As always, top-notch service. I had it towed all the way from Glen Ellyn Because I knew their prices and honesty would be the best. Been using them for over 20 years, and have referred many friends.

I took my Camry to some other shops who just couldn't get my alignment right. I saw Casey's was getting excellent reviews and wanted to try them out. I noticed they were busy, so I had to drop my car off. Well worth the wait! Holy explained how badly the alignment was off and how they fixed it. I drove it home and noticed a big improvement. However, I still noticed a slight pull to the left. I took it back to Casey's a week later. Rogelio did another thorough exam. He and Holy explained the alignment is spot on but my tires were worn a bit unevenly, likely due to all my alignment problems. The drifting should be gone when I get new tires. They said I probably have another year on my current ones. Thank you, Casey's, for getting my alignment right and effectively diagnosing the issue with my tires!
